We provide community integration services to adults aged 21 and over with diverse abilities. We work directly with families, support coordination agencies and case managers in identifying community services that you are interested in. Not utilizing a NJ-DDD budget to cover services needed, no worries, give us a call. We are currently servicing Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties.

Elizabeth J. Pettus is the Executive Director of Empowering Stronger Independence. She has held executive administrative positions as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Edu-Group of PA, Instructional Support Teacher at the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. Executive Assistant for the Chief Academic Office, Office of Curriculum and Instruction, and Research and Development with the School District of Philadelphia. Support Coordinator with Special People with Abilities (SPWA), a Residential Program Manager with Bancroft Neuro- Health, Senior Vice President, and Director of Residential Services with Hope Residential Services, and currently, the President of Creating Sustainability Innovations which is an organizational development consulting firm in South Jersey. Elizabeth holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Strayer University, a bachelor’s and master’s in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University PA and pursuing a Doctor of Education Degree in Organizational Leadership and Development at Grand Canyon University.

Elizabeth is driven, dedicated, and passionate about providing quality of services, creating organizational sustainability, and empowering others to act. With thirty-five years of combined experience in the field of human services, education administration, and organizational leadership and development, Elizabeth remains grounded in the field by providing continual direct support and care to people with disabilities.
